The phase 1 of the project was completed in the year 2006. The phase 2 in the year 2009. It was designed by the client himself.

Dr Simon visualized his ideas and shared his intention of the works to be done. We executed his desire with some minor adjustments.

The resort is surrounded by cardamom plantations and coffee plantations. It is about 6 km from Munnar which makes it quite convenient for site seeing.
