The Story behind Swamy and Thomas
In Mid of February of 1996, Hybeen Thomas and Venkatesan left their job as project managers of Sterling Holiday Resorts. They wanted to be employers than employees.
The partners started a company called “Queensland Constructions & Properties Pvt Ltd” in the same year. The company was in operations until 1999.
Then, Formation House commenced its operations in the year 2002 and was operational until 2017. We planned to drop our construction and shift to hospitality.
But, many clients who wanted us to continue the construction. So, the Partnership S & T was incorporated with the same partners as before in the dawn of 2017.
